The Namiki Nippon Art Collection portrays classic Japanese ideas and beliefs using the beauty of the Hira-maki-e technique against rich black lacquer backgrounds. Many of the flowers considered most auspicious by the ancient Chinese are a good omen sign, glorious Camellia, fragrant Wintersweet, Narcissus and Camellia Sasanqua were valued because they blossomed in the snow and therefore symbolized determination and solidarity.
The pen comes with a 14 karat gold nib and uses cartridges or the supplied converter.
