Ukiyo-e or Image of the floating world represents a Japanese artistic movement comprising not only an original popular and narrative painting, but also prints of Japanese woodcuts from the Edo period (1603-1868) which shows varioue range of scenes dedicated to nature and everyday life. 

THE 3 BEAUTIES - Toyohina Tomimoto - Geisha and the art of poetry. It revealed 3 beauties among the most popular in Japan during the Kansei Era (1789–1801) They became popular because of the exceptional series of Ukiyo-e woodblock prints and paintings by Utamaro Kitagawa. The shades of pink on each model highlights their innocence and elegance.
