Pilot Custom 743 fountain pen combines a classic shaped body with a smooth, 14k gold nib.

The Custom 743 is a large pen, measuring nearly six inches long when capped, but it is remarkably well-balanced, and the cap posts deeply and securely, making the pen comfortable to use either posted or unposted. 

The Custom 743 fountain pen has the same size body as the Custom 823 but fills with the included CON-70 converter or Pilot ink cartridge.
